This is an in-office group session that clients can also join virtually via video call.
Mindfulness group sessions include: 20 minutes of Yoga practice, and remainder includes meditation exercises, breathing exercises and grounding skills. These group sessions are specifically for those experiencing trauma and anxiety.

What's a Mindfulness Group Session?
This group will utilize formal and informal mindful practice to gain more awareness of thoughts and feelings, tune in to mind-body connection, and increase a sense of self-compassion. Learning to befriend yourself is often the practice of treating yourself the way you would a dear friend - with empathy and kindness, rather than with criticism and judgement. Mindfulness can result in increased efficacy of other therapeutic interventions as participants develop increased distress tolerance.
